HollyHood Productions’ N.Y. Short Buzz is a screening series of the hottest New York-themed short
films in the country. We hope to engage and inspire diverse communities in the Big Apple by showing short films in parks,
community youth centers, and college campuses. By bringing the short films of established and emerging artists to areas
of the city that aren’t normally exposed to them, we aspire to galvanize our audiences into telling and sharing their
own personal and gripping stories. Another of our goals is to nurture a vivacious New York independent filmmaking community
not only by exhibiting the work of these filmmakers, but also by providing opportunities for filmmakers to meet and connect
with their audience. HollyHood Productions N.Y. Short Buzz is helping to keep this essential genre of filmmaking alive
and flourishing in New York City.

Foundation, which creates lasting change
in the live of orphans throughout Latin America by helping them develop vocational skills. All proceeds from this night's event go directly to services, facilities, and equipment
that will educate and train children. DIRECTIONS to The Nuyorican Poet's Cafe: By subway, take the F train to the "2nd Avenue" stop. From the station, take the "1st Avenue & Houston Street" exit and walk north on 1st Avenue away from Houston Street. Make a right on East 3rd Street and walk 2 and a half blocks until you reach #236. By bus, take the M14A to Avenue A and 3rd Street or the M15 to 2nd Avenue and 3rd Street and walk east. By car, take the FDR Drive to the Houston
