Mita, in her sixties and suffering from the early stages of dementia, tries to impress upon her 16-year-old granddaughter, Tammi, the need to act like a lady. The generational gap widens and bonds are nearly broken after Mita finds an open box of condoms in Tammi's room. Harsh words are spoken and feelings are hurt.
